DBSA Chapter Calendars

DBSA support groups are for people with
depression or bipolar mood disorders and
those who care about them. They are
places to share experiences, learn and
discuss coping skills, as well as encourage
and offer hope to each other in a safe,
supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Groups are open to adults of all ages who
have depression or bipolar. They are also
open to family members and friends who
need help with their own struggles to support
a loved one. Everyone can share
their experiences as well as ask questions,
get information, and be encouraged by the
support of others.
